General Gymnastics

Anyone wishing to participate in gymnastics is welcome at  North Lakes Gymnastics Academy. Our general gymnastics classes promote strength, flexibility, endurance, confidence, fitness and are most importantly fun! 

Gymnasts will work toward British Gymnastics Proficiency Awards levels in their classes and will be split into sessions which are age dependent.

All of our general gymnasts are welcome to participate in our camps that run throughout the year as well as our annual Christmas display where our gymnasts can showcase the new skills and abilities that they learn through the year.

Our General Gymnastics Classes run on a Saturday morning or a Wednesday evening.

4-6 Years of Age

• Saturday 9:00am-9:55am or Saturday 9:45a—10:40am.

4-7 Years of Age

• Wednesday 4:00pm-5:00pm

7-9 Years of Age

• Saturday 10:20am-11:15am or Saturday 11:00am-11:55am

8+ Years of Age

• Wednesday 5:00pm-6:00pm

10+ Years of Age

• Saturday 11:40am-12:35pm or Saturday 11:40am-1:25pm
